Major components are not provided unless enrolled in a service plan; restrictions apply.

Software Issues

Viruses, system crashes, driver support, and many other software issues can be resolved by a Certified Pro-Tech. We keep your systems operating so you can get back to business.

Service Plans include unlimited software issue support with no service fee. Component-related issues are subject to replacement fees depending on the plan service level.

Onsite Support

Why waste time and resources? Have a Certified Pro Tech come to you! Issues will be resolved onsite or taken to our repair facility for service at no additional cost! Units received from onsite visits are automatically prioritized and shipped from our repair facility.

Free Onsite Service is provided in service plans. Onsite service is subject to additional fees if not enrolled in the service plan or if plan limits have been reached.
